Specification before sale
Fine-art print, canvas, framed print, and framed canvas are separate product formats. Before live checkout is enabled, the production partner must confirm the substrate, weight, ink or print process, frame construction, glazing, backing, hanging hardware, finish, tolerances, and country of manufacture for each offered format.
Those facts must be shown consistently on the product page and order record. Claims such as “archival,” “museum-grade,” “acid-free,” “UV-protective,” or a stated fade-resistance period are not used unless documentary evidence supports the exact supplied product.
General care
Light
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight unless the confirmed product instructions state otherwise.
Moisture
Keep paper, canvas, frames, and backing away from water, condensation, and persistently humid rooms.
Cleaning
Dust gently with a clean, dry, non-abrasive cloth. Do not apply liquids or solvents to the image surface.
If the supplied product includes more specific instructions, those instructions take priority. Contact us before cleaning a stain, tightening canvas, replacing glazing, or repairing a frame.
