Cookie Policy

A clear record of necessary storage and any optional measurement technologies.

Effective: 29 August 2026

This policy explains how Riga Group L.L.C. uses cookies and similar browser storage. Necessary technology supports the service. Optional analytics and marketing cookies remain blocked unless you make the corresponding choice. Google Analytics uses advanced Consent Mode, so its tag can send limited cookieless consent and measurement pings while storage is denied. Vercel, our host, also provides privacy-focused aggregate web analytics that do not use third-party analytics cookies; that collection is separate from Cookie Settings.

1. Current status

Google Analytics: configured with advanced Consent Mode v2.
Meta Pixel: configured, consent required.
Pinterest Tag: not configured.
Klaviyo: not configured.
Vercel Web Analytics: configured for aggregate storefront page views; cookieless and not listed as a Cookie Settings toggle.

Google's four consent signals default to denied before its configuration runs. While denied, Google does not receive permission to write analytics or advertising cookies, but the tag may send cookieless pings used for consent-aware and modelled measurement. Granting Analytics enables analytics storage; granting Marketing enables Google advertising consent signals. Meta, Pinterest, and Klaviyo onsite scripts still load only after Marketing consent. Google Tag Manager is not enabled because a container could deploy tags outside this control unless separately governed and tested. Use Cookie Settings for Google and marketing technologies. Vercel Web Analytics is a separate, cookieless hosting feature and is not wired to that panel.

3. Choosing and withdrawing consent

If optional services are configured, the first-visit panel offers equally accessible “Accept all”, “Reject optional”, and granular choices. Necessary storage cannot be disabled in that panel because it supports requested shop, security, payment, or consent functions.

Use “Cookie settings” in the website footer at any time to change or withdraw optional consent. Withdrawal affects future collection; you may also clear existing cookies through browser settings. Checkout remains available when optional tracking is rejected.

4. Third parties and transfers

Stripe, Google, Meta, Pinterest, Klaviyo, and Vercel operate under their own privacy information and may process data internationally. Our Privacy Policy explains recipients, legal bases, transfers, and rights. Browser privacy controls may provide additional restrictions, but they do not replace the choices recorded here. Cookie Settings continue to control Google and marketing technologies.

5. Changes and contact

We update this register before a materially new tracker is activated. A policy version change causes the site to request a new choice where needed. Questions can be sent to info@pigmentia.co.
